The Dorris-Eaton Parents' Association (DEPA) subscribes to the Membership Toolkit service for our online store and volunteer signups. It's secure, easy to use, and free to families.

If you haven't registered your child, please go to the site below, and follow the steps to register your family.

As the many DEPA-funded activities supplement and enrich your child’s education and experience at The Dorris-Eaton School, you are strongly encouraged to join DEPA. You can contribute DEPA dues through our online store on Membership Toolkit as part of the registration process. You may also use a paper enrollment form (available at DEPA tables at various events or download from here).

Please note that DEPA dues are paid on a per child basis (e.g. if you have two children enrolled in the San Ramon campus, you would have to purchase two memberships, one for each child).

Once we've had a chance to verify your family information, you'll receive an email with login credentials and instructions to access the system.

After you get your login information, download the app by searching for Membership Toolkit in the iTunes App Store or Google Play. The app allows you to manage your family information, purchase in our store and signup for volunteer activities all from your phone!
